National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC)

Curriculum Specialist, 2006-08. Developed curriculum and training materials on photovoltaic systems and distributed power technologies for the IBEW/NECA national electrical apprenticeship program. Authored student workbooks, instructor guides and textbook Photovoltaic Systems, published in 2007. Presented numerous training programs and seminars for instructors, training directors, business managers, journeymen and contractors associated with the electrical industry.

University of Central Florida - Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC)

Principal Engineer, Project Manager and Faculty Member, 1985-2005. Supported all aspects of FSECís PV programs, including applied systems research, testing, certification, training, applications development and technical assistance. Primary roles were in support of state and federal R&D programs, industry initiatives, standards, and workforce development.
